Carol Allaman Alexander Memorial Sport Accuracy Competition
(Picture taken by Kim Tucker)
The Carol Allaman Alexander Memorial Sport Accuracy Competition was held the
Mid-America Sport Parachute Club in Taylorville, IL on July 21, 2007 after the
World Freefall Convention was cancelled for 2007. The event organizer and
judge was Jeff Steinkamp.
This competition was named after a local jumper and USPA Coach Course Director who
passed away in March of a brain aneurysm. Carol was a professional educator that
brought her vast experience to M.A.S.P.C. where she taught skydiving students. Carol
was a very caring and great person to be around. She will be sadly missed.
M.A.S.P.C. would like to thank everybody that showed their support by helping with or
participating in our Accuracy Competition. Thanks for helping us remember a very special lady.
